I was recently contacted by James Wilson of Pulliam Properties who is looking to place a self-storage unit with a retail/office component on the land for sale on Gerber Road between Hendersonville and Sweeten Creek Roads. This development would require a zoning change. He is holding a town hall meeting on Monday, April 24th at 6:30pm at the Skyland Fire Department to discuss the proposal and answer any questions.
He has sent me the following proposed site plan and elevation of the building: Gerber site 2017-03-31 11705 – Gerber Road Conceptual Layout and Gerber Rd 2017.04.07 elevations.
